A 3-day course.
This course has two clear aims: (1) To teach the principal crisis counseling skills and how they can be applied by phone, Zoom, Teams etc. (2) To provide key, usable information on the three biggest crisis areas: psychosis; personality disorder; suicidality. And to integrate those two skill-sets into a whole that can be taken away and used straight away by the delegates attending.
As the title suggests, the overall aim of this course is to give delegates as much useful information and skill as possible, that they can use in crisis situations, even when working remotely.
We continuously monitor the quality of our training by obtaining feedback on the two key scales of relevance and presentation from every course delegate. Below are the average ratings for the latest runnings of this course, which are updated periodically.
